YOU ARE GETTING AHEAD OF YOURSELF, CHRIS STORYCRAFTER!

Time to clean house... or not. <:p
Funny story. Chris Storycrafter got ahead of himself and beat Malistaire!

Well, not actually. He was still at the Crucible at the time, but a friend of his, Sophia Shadowspear, started screaming for help with a boss in the Forum(Chronius) and then she begged him for help again and guess where she was?

Yep, the Great Spyre, nearly dying against Gurtok whateverhisnameis(fire one). Luckily, Chris helped them win and he got Amber's future Grandmaster Ring.

Then Chris had to help Sophia beat Malistaire because her only other ally was a Promethean Theurgist called Austin Goldhunter. *sigh*

Sorry, no spoilers. :p
Chris: "I guess I could test his weaknesses before I go up against him for real."
I don't know why Sophia had so much trouble. Sure, Chris did throw a Bladestorm, Balanceblade and Feint up but he wasn't needed as King Arty one shotted Malistaire(with 31000+ damage) and Sophia wiped out the minions with Tempest! *sigh* I call insecurity complex.

Oh well, the bright side is that Chris got three pieces of Grandmaster Gear(the ring for Amber and robes for Dragonwhisper[dropped by Mal] and Sierra[second-chance chest, I had 50 crowns to use]).

He and Monica also went through Mt. Olympus but Sophia's first cry for help occurred just in the middle of the battle with Ares and when he tried to come back, he had somehow switched realms and the dungeon reset so by the time Monica had to fled against Zeus and they got back, the ones he was helping had won the battle already. *sigh* No lightning bolt weapon for Monica today!

No reason for this image - it just looks COOL. ^_^
All in all, I got tired of babysitting Monica through Mooshu with Chris. Amber can do that... she needs 13 more Black Lotus anyways.

So Amy had the honors of helping Chris run through Shitaki Temple again to rematch the Plague Oni and Lord of Winter got to travel outside of Azteca for once. ^_^

A few more boring side-quests and the destruction of a very valuable piece of art later, and now Sandstorm has been made obsolete in Chris's area-of-attack deck - 470 base damage is stronger AND it plants a Weakness on everyone it hits! Woot! It costs 7 pips but Amy went back to using Frost Giant so it's not a biggie.

Oh, and after defeating said Oni, Chris hit Level 50 and is now a Grandmaster, so the battle tutorial from Diego is the only time I could show Chris getting Critical - he has been hitting Critical due to his fox's special talent, Critical Striker, which gave him a 5% chance to critical, which has been proving useful - not for long as once he gets to defeat Mal for reals, the enemies will start blocking those Criticals like crazy... something I hope Amy does more often.

Since we've touched on Amy, let's talk about her some more! First off, she FINALLY got those final reagents, Fossils, to craft the second Spirit Caller Drum and complete the quest for Koyate, so now she is my first Legendary Artisan, and can craft lore spells! Woo!

...

Not like I have any plans for her doing so, but maybe I might get Winter Moon. It's a cheaper but weaker Wooly Mammoth. That and Savage Paw would be great in her deck.

And guess what? Yep, I didn't believe it but Amy now has to become a TRANSCENDANT ARTISAN. Yeah, I'm doomed - the reagents for the War Shield require a Potent Trap TREASURE CARD, which is dropped by very tough bosses...

Of course, ALL of the bosses in Azteca are tough, but recently I discovered that Amber Rainbow and Chris Storycrafter are durable enough to take a few attacks from them. Not this Spinysaur, ouch!

So Amber and Chris have been sent to Azteca to help Amy out. With their help she has gotten to the end of Cloudburst Forest and is now dealing with slaughtering those Tehuino Spirits to get access to Alto Alto. I don't think Amy is going to get to Xibalba any time soon, especially since we have to re-match Belloq... and he has his Ra Cheat again and Fire Elves won't work this time. <_>

Now for my other Chris Wizards - my fire, storm and life wizards... well, I apologize. I will work on getting them through Krokotopia some day, especially since Dragonwhisper is friends with a wizard being played by a friend of mine who is also into Wizard101. I did have to call him up and say "You don't have to be a Silent Sam, chat when you add me to your group!" He needs a lot of help - his last wizard bought CLOAK, of all things! <_>

Amy: "Kill me now, please. I didn't sign up for this!" :(
In the meantime, I DO want a wizard to reach Khrysalis someday - Amy's pre-paid time is going to run out on the 11th of this month and I won't get any money tomorrow, so I'm cutting it close - and Amy's the closest, being in the world just before it. I will update Jadehaven, Dragonwhisper and Sunmancer before Easter, I promise, even if I have to have Sierra join them in their travels. Ciao!
